Visual Acuity Test

Instructions

• 1. If you wear glasses for reading, keep them on.
• 2. Hold your device approximately 14 inches (35cm) away from your face.
• 3. You will test one eye at a time.
• 4. A letter 'E' will appear in different sizes and orientations.
• 5. Use the buttons to indicate which way the 'E' is pointing.
